Our team of 15 full time staff continue to shape the business as it is today. Shane has been at BCA for over 35 years completing his apprenticeship in 1993 before becoming Director in 2002 a title he remains in today. Shane oversees all key areas of the business from tendering stage thru programming for fabrication through to the last stage of installation. Shane values honesty, loyalty and above all giving your very best to each task you’re involved in and expects nothing less from his team. BCAs team are long standing and majority once in, stay in and form part of the BCA family that continues to grow as a loyal and dedicated group
Javier, or Jay as he is known, has made an impact in the company after joining BCA in 2006. Starting out as lead machinist on the factory floor, Jay understands the industry from hands on experience. He is highly motivated and respected amongst his fellow co-workers and those he meets. This drive and dedication saw Jay move into his role as General Manager.
With his first-class skill set, he is a driving factor in BCA’s record of successful projects. You will find Jay leading all production and site works on medium to large projects
Shane hails from Ireland and still has the accent to prove it. He is a dedicated, loyal, hardworking employee, who was sponsored by Shane (Director) 13 years ago, and has been with BCA ever since. As a foreman, he is well respected and straight to the point, ensuring each job is done to a high standard, while meeting project dates
Jason is an experienced all-rounder, with 25 years in construction and the skill set to show. His broad range of skills mean he is able to adapt and do what needs to be done. He is known for taking obstacles in his stride, and working in with other trades as needed.
David has taken on just about everything in the joinery field in his 36 years of industry experience. Known as the “go-to” man on anything that requires high end detailed joinery work. He works long hours to ensure that this work gets to site and keep the project on time.
Adam is a hard worker, not afraid of long hours, with a sense of humour known to cut through the stressful times. He is well known by our regular builders as a very happy guy and an asset to the company. Adam is our official delivery guy, but can also work the CNC Router and edge bander as required.
